By using Bjibaji's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. Bjibaji operates under a valid online gaming licence.

Bjibaji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for reasons including:

• Suspected or confirmed prohibited activity

• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months)
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Own Request

Members may close their account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing your account.

Bjibaji is not liable for betting outcomes. Betting is a risk-based activity and you participate entirely at your own risk.

• Bjibaji is not responsible for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Bjibaji is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Bjibaji will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you have shared your login credentials with others.
